We are absolutely thrilled and so incredibly proud to congratulate our wonderful founder, Marian Barnes, who is being honoured today at the Omega Epsilon At-Large Chapter Celebration of Nursing Leadership for her contribution to nursing.
At the Chapter Induction event taking place at Department of Nursing and Healthcare Sciences, MTU, Marian will be one of six nurses to be formally acknowledged as part of the hugely prestigious Sigma Europe Honour – celebrating 100 nurses who have been recognised for their contribution to education, research, and practice at a point in time over the past 100 years.
We hope you join us in congratulating Marian on this tremendous accolade, and share our absolute joy and pride in her recognition among some of the most influential nurses in Europe.
Anyone who knows Marian will know that she will insist on sharing this incredible honour with her colleagues, family, friends and those she has met along her prestigious career, but Marian – this one is for you – and it is no more than you deserve.
