Cáit Uí Chonchúir

Cáit joined the RocoveryHaven Kerry Board in 2023. A native of Tralee, she is married to Seán, and they have three adult daughters and a teenage son. With a teaching career spanning 38 years, Cáit most recently enjoyed a fulfilling 12-year tenure as Principal of Tralee’s Gaelscoil Mhic Eamainn. Now retired, she eagerly accepted the opportunity to serve on the RHK board. Having witnessed the challenges faced by those affected by cancer, both at close hand and in her community, Cáit is deeply moved by Recovery Haven Kerry's mission to provide holistic support and resources to those impacted by cancer. She hopes to contribute to the organization's ongoing efforts to provide compassionate care and essential support services to individuals and families dealing with cancer in the community.

Every donation makes a difference

At Recovery Haven Kerry, Cancer Support House, we rely almost entirely on voluntary donations and fundraising to continue offering our support services free of charge to cancer patients and their loved ones.

Your donation will help them through their cancer journey, by providing information, counselling and wellbeing services or support managing thoughts and emotions. We can only continue to provide our services free of charge to those who need it with your help.

A monthly recurring donation provides us with a consistent and reliable source of funding that allows us to plan ahead while ensuring our support and services for cancer patients and their loved ones can remain free of charge.
